Beautiful little condos. We rented 2. Ground floor one had a tub for my disabled child. Pool is so awesome with the saltwater instead of chlorine. The view is beautiful. Landscape has made for some beautiful photos. And we have beach access. Love the location. Not far from airport. Close to groceries. Got to see the turtles right down the road, and the kids had a safe place to play in the ocean within WALKING distance. Which is HUGE for us because of the wheelchair and walker needs of my youngest.

Great property that is very clean and well maintained. The rooms are angled so they try and capture as much of the ocean view as possible as opposed to many condos in Kihei which face each other straight on. Pool is great along with a kiddie pool and hot tub. They could use more chairs however and some side tables would be nice. Grills are excellent and always kept in great shape. Beautiful grounds with about a 75 yard walk to the beach for sunsets. The beach right in front of this property has very little coral as opposed to the properties close by but south of it. Big reef in this area so it's great for kids to play in the ocean but it's too shallow for boggie boarding or maybe even snorkeling here. Less than a mile away from Azeka shopping center which has excellent restaurants, food trucks, and Times grocery by it. Would definitely stay here again.

This resort was centrally located on S Kihei road, close to everything you could want. We had a stunning ocean view. Our room was lovely, 2 full beds and baths. Our only complaint is that due to it being a timeshare, there was no towel exchange service and we were there for 8 days- so we felt we needed that once The pool was basic but nice, could have been open a bit later at night tho (9pm closing).

Located near plenty of shops and restaurants. Walk out to the beach from the property. The only thing that could be better is longer hours on the BBQ. The gas turns off automatically a few minutes before 9pm.

Wow. I can’t say enough good things about this place. Our room was beautiful and the access and parking were great. A beautiful pool and hot tub between the buildings and beach access all right there. The turtles were beaching themselves on shore bears by. The sunsets were very nice right off our balcony. Our room had everything you needed from towels to chairs to coolers.

We rented Room 434 for 8 days. Amazing view of the ocean just like the photos they showed. Really enjoyed the sunset views and easy access to the beach. Several nicer beaches are located more south of the property. We also appreciate availability of beach chairs and towers in the property. Very simple check-in and -out. The ladies at the front desk were nice and very helpful. Everything worked in the rooms except the light in one of the bathrooms. Large kitchen and living areas. In general, we felt the condition is more like a 2-star hotel. It happened that there were some renovation work in the upper stair unit. So it was very noisy. During two mornings, it was so loud that we had to stop watching the Paris Olympic Games on TV and went outside. It lasted for our entire stay except during weekends and evenings, and still happened on the day when we left. We would feel better if we were informed in advance or any accommodations after we emailed the issue to the property management. We hope the new tenants are aware before they moved in.
